Penelope reviewed my case with exceptional attention to detail and immediately identified the issues that had been overlooked. Her expertise, professionalism, and calm guidance carried me through one of the most stressful experiences of my life. In the end, my audit resulted in a no-change outcome and the federal tax lien against me was fully released. Penelope didn't just resolve my tax problem — she protected me. I am forever grateful for her dedication, accuracy, and commitment to her clients.

Ms. Penelope has been an asset to our entire family. Her years of tax experience has helped our family owned business understand our tax obligations. She has continually educated us with understanding tax planning through the years and benefits we have as owners, with paying little to no tax. Thanks so much.

Common questions

Answers before you walk in.

I already got a letter from the IRS — what should I do?

Bring it in — don't ignore it, and don't panic. Most notices have a response deadline, so the sooner we see it, the more options you have. We'll read it with you, explain exactly what it means, and handle the response.

How much does it cost?

Most engagements run $150–$450, depending on the level of analysis your IRS issue, business compliance, or tax resolution requires. We'll tell you the price up front, before any work begins.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Either works. Walk-ins are welcome at both Oak Lawn offices during business hours, and you can also book a time in advance if you'd rather not wait — including after-hours and busy-season slots.

Can you help if I haven't filed in years?

Yes. Unfiled back returns are one of the most common situations we handle. We pull your IRS transcripts, rebuild the missing years, and get you back into good standing — often reducing what you owe in the process.

Do you offer help in other languages?

We do. Interpreters are available in all languages, so you can go through every detail of your return or case in the language you're most comfortable with.

Ready to put the IRS behind you?

$150–$450 — Rates depend on the level of analysis required for IRS issues, business compliance, or tax resolution.
